Will my video work with Flixband, Onyx2, Titan, and Launch?
Yes, Vstroker videos are designed to work with all devices. You will be prompted to choose your device when you start your video.

Do I need to install additional software/drivers?
The Flixband is plug-and-play and does not require additional software. The Onyx2, Titan, and Launch use the Feel Connect app to connect to any media. Feel Connect instructions and user guide can be found at

Where are my video downloads?
Once your order is submitted, you be emailed an order confirmation containing download links for all videos purchased. If you have not received an email within a few minutes, please check your SPAM folder. If you still do not see an email, you may have provided an incorrect email address or the email may have been blocked. Please Contact Us to resend your download links.

Billing FAQ

What is my personal information used for?
We use your personal information only for billing the transaction. Your information is never sold, rented or shared with any other service or company. Besides your order, you will not receive any additional catalogs, mailings or emails (unless email updates are requested).

Is my online information secure?
We use CCBill to process all our transactions. CCBill uses the most advanced encryption technologies, which ensures you a secure transaction.

Why was my payment declined?
Credit card payments may be declined for any number of reasons. The best way to determine the cause of the failure is to contact the bank that issued your credit card.

Will I receive purchase confirmation?
Once your order is submitted, you be emailed an order confirmation containing download links for all videos purchased. Important: If you have submitted an invalid email address you will not receive automated notifications. Email addresses cannot be modified once an order is submitted.

If I cancel my trial membership within 7 days, will I be billed membership charges?
No. Your 7 day membership is absolutely FREE! You can cancel any time within the 7 day period without any additional charges.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping within the USA.
Free International Shipping on orders of $100 or more.
$10 International shipping for orders under $100.

Where does ship to?
We ship within the USA, Canada, Europe, and several coutries in other regions.
We do not ship to the following countries:

Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
Most tracking numbers will work within 24 hours of receipt of the e-mail notification. If you have received your tracking number but still can’t track your package 48 hours later, please contact us.

Do I need to pay duty, tax, or VAT on my order?
You are responsible for paying tax designated by your country or region. This may be requested by the courier at time of delivery.

Do you require a signature for delivery?
No, we do not require a signature for delivery.

Do I have to be home at time of delivery?
Carriers may leave the package with an apartment management office or even on your front/back porch if the driver deems that the area is secure enough to leave the package. Otherwise, a notice will be posted that a delivery attempt was made and it will offer a variety of ways for you to obtain your order.

What does the package look like?
All orders are shipped in a plain, cardboard box. The shipping label will identify the shipper as "ILF" for Launch, Onyx2, or Titan orders. The shipping label will identify the shipper as “Nextgen” for Flixband orders. There will be no reference to "Sex Toy", “Fleshlight”, “Vstroker”, “Kiiroo”, or any other identifying description related to products designed for adults.

Can I change my shipping address?

What happens if my package was sent back?
If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our facility, the product value will be refunded upon receipt, less a shipping fee as well as the shipping fee charged by UPS/USPS to return the package to our facility.

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on location.

How long does shipping take?
Our facility ships packages Monday thru Friday. Orders usually ship within 2 business days from the date that payment is finalized. Shipping within the Continental United States usually takes 3 business days. Shipping outside the Continental United States takes longer and varies by location and customs.
